Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Technology Implementation Technician to join the Technology Innovation Center in Pawtucket, RI. You will prepare, image, configure, and deploy laptops and IT equipment, ensuring devices meet customer specs and quality standards.

You will also support warehouse operations, maintain records, and participate in migrations and customer engagements, while following ISO 9001 procedures and delivering reliable onsite service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience with PC hardware, imaging, deployment, inventory, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking concepts.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Technology Innovation Center in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
• Prepare, assemble, image, configure, test, clean, pack, and label laptops, desktops, and related IT equipment.
• Install operating systems, firmware updates, drivers, and approved software and tools.
• Use endpoint deployment and imaging tools to complete standard and customer-specific configurations.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and quality checks; escalate issues as needed.
• Support warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory control, asset tagging, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with procedures and ISO 9001.
• Assist with enterprise migration projects and customer engagements as assigned.
