Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Technology Implementation Technician to support its Technology Innovation Center. You will prepare, configure, image, and deploy endpoint devices, while also assisting with warehouse operations.

The role requires reliable, hands-on performance in both technical and warehouse environments at the Pawtucket site. Responsibilities include OS installation, device imaging, tool-assisted configurations, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience with PC hardware, device deployment, imaging, inventory, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, and networking concepts.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, manage priorities, and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Onsite preparation, imaging, configuration, testing, packing and labeling of laptops and desktops.
• Install operating systems, firmware updates, drivers, and approved software/tools.
• Use deployment imaging tools to configure devices per standard/customer specs.
• Support warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory control, asset tagging, order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate device, inventory, project, and quality records per ISO 9001.
• Assist with migrations and data center moves; provide professional onsite customer support.
