Job summary

Qualifications

• AA Degree in related discipline or a high school diploma with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Strong proficiency with VTC platforms (Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and AV control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron).
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for IT, AV, and networking in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; can collaborate with clients and teammates.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments under pressure.
• Familiarity with AV industry standards and eagerness to stay current with technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for diagnosing and resolving advanced IT issues across systems and wireless networks.
• Lead system imaging, hardware deployment, and asset documentation to ensure compliance.
• Own IT support tickets from start to finish, meeting SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed asset records within a ticketing system.
• Local point of contact for AV system installations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Assist with AV and VTC event scheduling, setup, testing, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and implement advanced AV/VTC hardware/software solutions to improve performance.
