Job summary

You will assist with installation, monitoring, incident handling, and documentation under the SA lead, including security patches, backups, and configurations. A Secret clearance and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site SA or IT systems administration experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT field.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications (servers, switches, routers, workstations, drives, readers, printers, scanners) for DoS users enterprise-wide.
• Manage security patches, VIBs, and Oracle/SQL databases; enforce DoS security controls including AD administration and remediation tasks.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow; coordinate hardware/software upgrades and document changes.
