Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance and Support Technician to join our Indianapolis team. You will partner with customers, management, and Helpdesk to deliver world-class service at client sites.

You’ll resolve AV and digital signage issues, support VIP events, train end users, and coordinate conference space setups while staying current with technology updates and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Windows knowledge.
• Knowledge of signal flow for audio, video and control.
• Valid Driver’s License and MV responsibility as per AVI-SPL policy.
• Nice-to-have: 1–2 years AV integration experience; CTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to Q-SYS, Crestron, Logitech Teams rooms, Windows 11, BrightSign, AppSpace, Biamp, Shure and other AV and Digital Signage technologies.
• Provide AV tech support for planned VIP events.
• Meet and greet, provide direct assistance and training to end users in AV system operation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to customers in meetings.
• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
• Gather end-user feedback and provide tips to improve experience.
