Job summary

CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc., seeks an Asset Management Technician to join the team onsite in Plano, TX to manage inventory and provide end-user support for printers, monitors, and related assets.

The role involves registering assets, managing printer servers and IP addresses, coordinating repairs, and facilitating disposal of aged equipment while maintaining accurate records and delivering responsive user support.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables.
• Experience using ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc. to track and monitor assets.
• Good communication and customer support skills.
• Must be organized / detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Disposal of aged printers / monitors/ accessories through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the client database

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $20.25 - $27.00 per hour, unlesslocal minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
