Job summary

Server Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced operations professional for on-site inventory and ITAD processing in Sanford, FL. You will own throughput, WIP, and the conversion pipeline from receiving to listing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

You will manage testing capacity, prioritize work based on urgency, and coordinate with Purchasing, Ecommerce, and Finance to drive fast, accurate fulfillment while maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in inventory operations, production management, receiving management, or warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise drives, servers, or components and ability to read part numbers.

Responsibilities

• Throughput & WIP Control: track and reduce work-in-process inventory and identify blockers.
• Test Capacity & Queue Management: prioritize testing, balance throughput with capacity, avoid idle benches.
• Receiving Accuracy: enforce 1:1 serial traceability and verify part numbers and configurations.
• ITAD Operations & Compliance: maintain chain-of-custody docs, sanitation paths, and certificates.
• Team, Systems & Process: lead receiving/inventory team and maintain SOPs and auditable records.
