Touchstone Communities is seeking an IT Inventory Control Specialist to manage procurement, tracking, deployment, and recovery of technology assets across our organization. This onsite role supports inventory operations at the Corporate Support Office in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

Associates degree in IT field preferred (or equivalent real-world experience).
2+ years of experience in inventory control, asset management, IT support, or related environments.
Experience managing technology assets (computers, mobile devices, peripherals) required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ownership.

Responsibilities

Procure, receive, and reconcile IT equipment and supplies.
Manage asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and assignment/transfer of assets.
Prepare devices for onboarding and imaging processes.
Maintain inventory governance, reporting, and audit support.
Securely recover and redeploy assets; manage disposition when needed.
Travel to communities or regional offices as needed; handle movement of hardware.
