Job summary

EM Key Solutions seeks an Asset Manager Specialist to join James Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. The role focuses on asset inventory services for IT, telecommunications, phones, and software within 17 clinical and 3–4 floor sites.

The candidate will manage equipment delivery, staging, and comprehensive monthly/quarterly inventory reporting, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs. Onsite work with strong organizational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and punctual skills with absolute attention to detail.
• Able to work independently without supervision and re-prioritize as needed.
• Experience communicating clearly in writing and speech.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate equipment deliveries to and from the warehouse.
• Process excess equipment and stage equipment for processing.
• Conduct ongoing inventories of IT equipment across multiple buildings.
• Maintain Asset Equipment records per Asset Management SOP.
• Keep software application portfolios up to date.
