Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Technical Coordinator to provide hands-on IT support within a fast-paced onsite operation. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for employees needing assistance with IT equipment, system access, hardware troubleshooting, and general technical support.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or related IT education preferred.
• 1-3 years of IT support experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, monitors, printers, scanners, peripherals, and other workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset check-in/check-out and asset tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and audits.
• Troubleshoot hardware: laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, peripherals.
• Provide tier 1 IT help desk support onsite.
• Create and track IT tickets; escalate when needed.
• Support new hires with equipment and access.
