Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-based, on-site professional in Erie, PA to deliver departmental Tier 1 application support and support for asset management, networking, and systems administration. The role emphasizes documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with CP&M to develop SOPs and future procedures.

The position is an intermediate level contract based out of Erie Insurance with a pay range of $17.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ServiceNow requests and intake.
• Familiarity with Infoblox, Asset Management.
• Familiarity with general networking and systems administration.
• Login into servers, network devices, and software to perform: Configuration, Backups, Firmware updates, Software updates, Create backup configuration files, Software installation, Documentation.
• Configure & Troubleshoot Network: Devices, Servers, Client Application, Application specific workstations.
• Point of contact for dedicated systems, servers, applications, and software.
• Collaborate with CP&M departments with creating SOPs & Process Documents

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, defines and documents process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement.
• Participates in the development of future business processes needed to support new products and/or services.
• Documents future processes to determine how to proactively improve current business for the development of future procedures and models.
• Examines processes holistically to understand the impact of changes to people, strategy, systems and general business operations.
• Generates and compiles reports, complete with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures.
• Assists in building the business case for a process or system change and provides input into the change management and implementation.
