Newton Vision Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and hire IT and AI professionals exclusively in the U.S. market. The role is onsite in Houston, TX, coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.

You will partner with account managers and hiring stakeholders, manage candidate submissions, and navigate compensation discussions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, including IT and AI staff augmentation.
• Proven success placing tech professionals in contract or staff augmentation roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions through the full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, QA, and IT support roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and history of building candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with U.S. work authorization and sponsorship considerations.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based technology positions for client staffing needs.
• Conduct intake meetings with managers to clarify requirements, compensation, and timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates via networks, boards, Boolean searches, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, location, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and present qualified submissions.
• Support pay rate discussions within approved compensation parameters.
• Maintain ATS records and provide regular recruiting activity updates.
• Build pipelines of U.S.-based technology professionals for current and future needs.
