Persona AI in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to power ramp and scale production of humanoid robotics. You will own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting across manufacturing and operations—from shop floor technicians to engineers—partnering with hiring managers to move fast and land top talent.

This onsite role offers ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to one of the most exciting builds in robotics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Track record filling high-volume roles under time-to-fill pressure.
• Expert in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and rapid profiling.
• Strong candidate engagement and compelling outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing and operations.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines from scratch using multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate quality in real time.
• Leverage local manufacturing talent pools and industry networks.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing metrics.
• Help build TA processes, interview scorecards, and offer templates.
