Job summary

Raytheon seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join our 100% onsite team at the El Segundo, California facility. You will work with the Information Systems Security Manager to ensure adherence to NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, and JSIG policies.

We require a university degree (or higher) and 2+ years in cybersecurity or related fields, with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance before starting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM or related DoD/standards is beneficial.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system compliance, auditing, and security plan development.
• Deliver information systems security education and awareness.
• Investigate information system security violations and prepare corrective actions.
