Job summary

Carley Corporation is seeking an Instructional Systems Specialist to support CNATT in Pensacola, FL. The role requires on-site work at a Navy schoolhouse, an active SECRET clearance, and the ability to obtain base access credentials.

You will design, develop, and implement ISD-based training materials and ensure learning objectives align with training needs. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in MIS or related field with 3–5 years in instructional design and experience with Navy or DoD programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in MIS or related field with 3–5 years ISD experience.
• Experience in instructional systems analysis, design, development.
• Active Secret clearance or recent clearance; CAC for base access.
• Knowledge of the Navy Training Process (NTP) and AIM tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, produce, and implement instruction using the ISD model.
• Select instructional media, materials, and equipment that support learning objectives.
• Plan and produce instructional materials.
• Identify relationships between training deficiencies and required training system modifications.
• Write training materials, including objectives, formats, and lesson maps.
• Develop video and audio scripts, storyboards, graphics, and data files.
• Plan, develop, and review objectives, content, methods, and evaluation procedures.
• Develop testing instruments and evaluate learning progress.
• Assist with formative and summative evaluations and apply findings.
• Perform other duties and support projects as assigned.
