Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support a critical federal program. You will analyze, design, develop, and maintain web-based and instructor-led content while nurturing client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has strong ISD experience and a passion for security training, applying the ADDIE model across diverse instructional products for a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with substantial applied ISD experience as required.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility required for federal work.
• Experience designing and delivering web-based and instructor-led courses using ADDIE.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE methodology to develop and update instructional content.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis with client personnel to identify learning objectives.
• Rapidly develop new content and assessments; maintain existing training products.
