Job summary

A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking a Computer-Based Training Specialist (CBTS). The CBTS collaborates with ISD, MMS/GA, Programmers, QCS, and SMEs to design training solutions for the United States Navy.

The ideal candidate has ILT/ICW development experience and proficiency in AIM and COTS tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate. This full-time, in-office role is based at Corry Station Pensacola and requires TS SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in CAPTIVATE or ARTICULATE tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design processes.
• Attention to detail and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop ICW and supporting documentation.
• Participate in development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and materials.
• Develop learning objectives and criterion-referenced tests.
• Select instructional media to meet learning objectives.
• Update course documentation to ensure timeliness and quality.
