Job summary

Bechtel seeks an Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Technician for the Chandler, AZ project site to support IS&T infrastructure and services. You will manage hardware, software, operating systems, video conferencing, and end-user devices, reporting to the IS&T Field Lead.

You will assist with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and printing, while contributing to service delivery metrics and security requirements. Travel to job sites for short-term project support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Fundamentals course(s)
• ITIL v4 Foundation course(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for IS&T infrastructure across site and field offices.
• Upgrade and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems on workstations and mobile devices.
• Support video conferencing, Teams endpoints, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain and monitor Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and printing services.
• Develop IT reports, dashboards and automate workflows as required.
