Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to execute onsite inventory and VMI activities. You will restock, assist customers, log usage, and monitor KPIs to ensure service standards and customer satisfaction.

Working with the Supply Chain Services Manager and coordinators, you will address stockouts, maintain compliance, and stay current with inventory tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in inventory management or similar roles.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems and vending machines.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to standard inventory levels.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory or tool usage queries.
• Log and track inventory used or restocked per protocols.
