Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to manage on-site inventory, replenish vending equipment, and support customers with on-site inventory needs. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to ensure accurate stocking and responsive service.

The role emphasizes hands-on inventory tasks, adherence to procedures, and ongoing learning of inventory tools and best practices to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in inventory management or distribution.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory systems and vending machines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to meet inventory standards.
• Assist onsite customers with inventory or tool usage questions.
• Log and track inventory usage and restocking per company protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and work with managers to meet goals.
• Identify and address potential stockouts during fills.
