Qualifications

• Knowledge of MSC solutions, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions (VMI, vending, Onsite, storeroom) at MSC accounts.
• Perform product put-away, order management, and inventory optimization.
• Use SAP, AS400, ASI, Vending Portal, Salesforce, and Tableau to support service delivery.
• Communicate with customer personnel to resolve issues and drive satisfaction.
• Promote customer loyalty through solution support and CARE program execution.
