Actus Nutrition seeks an Inventory Specialist/Reconciler for its Clara City, MN location. This on-site role supports production scheduling, inventory control, and shipment coordination. Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ previous inventory management experience.
• Detail Oriented.
• Self-starter and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Warehousing and ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production work orders according to production schedule, updating releases as needed.
• Monitor Finished Goods inventory and ensure timely shipment to customers.
• Coordinate inventory allocation, deliveries, and documentation for shipments.
• Serve as liaison between planning, production and sales to meet demand.
• Prepare pick tickets, Bills of Lading, and lab analysis/CoA for shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage transfers to 3rd party warehouses.
