Responsibilities include PO processing, vendor quotes, delivery coordination, and maintaining accurate records. Onsite work in Clara City, MN with a pay rate of $30–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or project coordination in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with vendors, purchase orders, quotes, and deliveries required.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders for parts, equipment, and services.
• Obtain quotes, coordinate pricing, lead times, and deliveries with vendors.
• Support plant maintenance and capital projects across departments.
• Track open POs and follow up on status, backorders, and dates.
• Maintain project docs and ensure accurate processing with Finance.
