Actus Nutrition in Clara City, MN is seeking an Inventory Specialist/Reconciler to join our onsite team. This role focuses on managing finished goods, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate inventory across production and shipments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory management experience.
• Detail oriented with careful accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Warehousing and ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production work orders according to the production schedule.
• Monitor Finished Goods inventory and ensure correct products ship to customers.
• Communicate shortfalls, overages and delays based on demand and plan.
• Coordinate and release orders between planning, production and sales.
• Prepare and ship Bills of Lading and samples per requests.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize adjustments through monitoring.
