MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Service Specialist to deliver on-site service for inventory management solutions. You will manage VMI, vending, Onsite solutions, and storeroom programs while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

You will support product replenishment, Lean 6S practices, and engage with sales to grow solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Telesales, Outside Sales, Storeroom or Inventory Management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of technical customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions including VMI, vending, Onsite solution, and storeroom programs at MSC Service accounts.
• Perform product put-away, order management, and inventory optimization.
• Utilize systems such as SAP, AS400, ASI, Vending Portal, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Communicate with key customer personnel to resolve issues and promote retention.
• Promote MSC loyalty through the CARE program (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceed Expectations).
• Track customer cost savings opportunities and stock levels.
• Log activities in Salesforce and maintain 6S standards across solution equipment and areas.
