Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom/inventory management, or customer service.
• Knowledge of technical customer solutions and MSC offerings.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote MSC loyalty through CARE program and ensure on-site satisfaction.
• Maintain 6S standards and log activities in Salesforce.
• Ensure stock levels, receive and restock products, and support account teams.
• Lead repair and maintenance of vending equipment and document activities.
