Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom/inventory management, or customer service.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of MSC solutions, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote MSC customer loyalty through CARE program and ensure 6S standards.
• Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Engage with customer contacts to ensure solution retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify future projects and opportunities.
