Job summary

IntelliPro seeks an Inventory Specialist to support shipping, receiving, inventory management and equipment deployment in Highland Hills, OH. This onsite, part-time role runs for roughly four months and includes occasional light IT support.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, packaging/unpackaging, and coordinating both domestic and international shipments under supervision. Strong Excel/Outlook use and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving in a mid-sized or large-scale environment.
• Proficiency with shipment tracking software and standard business applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Highland Hills, OH on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving activities.
• Manage and maintain inventory.
