Qualifications

• Pursuing a related degree in supply chain, operations, business, or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with attention to detail.
• Exposure to ERP systems and inventory processes is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across warehouse, production, planning, and leadership teams.
• Proactive, curious mindset with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain variance aging reports tracking inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze variances to identify recurring trends by part and location.
• Audit receipts, transfers, and shipments to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct warehouse and production floor audits for location accuracy and data integrity.
• Support Epicor data cleanup and assist with cycle count initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs.
