Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for an onsite role in Maine. The position involves 40% warehouse work and 60% computer work, requiring proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and inventory software.

You will manage receipts, transfers, and cycle counts in Oracle and our systems while collaborating with multiple departments. Applicants should have at least a high school education, English fluency, and ideally one year in inventory control.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with computers and an ability to learn new programs.
• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• One year in inventory control desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive material in warehouse, verify packing slips.
• Enter receipts into Oracle and update install projects.
• Stage material on shelves using Move Orders.
• Transfer materials to technicians' trucks on-site.
• Enter transfers in Oracle SAP.
• Perform cycle counts and enter data for approvals.
• Conduct manual physical inventories as needed.
