Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fremont, CA for 1st shift, Monday-Friday, onsite. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and daily warehouse tasks to ensure accurate, timely material flow.

The role requires experience in distribution or warehouse operations and working with forklifts; strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment with strict SOP and ISO-like guidelines. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks (forklifts).

Responsibilities

• Shipping: prepares, verifies, packs, documents, and processes shipments to meet requirements.
• Receiving: verifies shipments against docs and routes materials correctly.
• Inventory Control: cycle counts, discrepancies, and material status management.
• Picking: accurately pick and stage materials with correct lot/expiration.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Support daily inventory accuracy and cycle counting activities.
• Assist with W2W inventory readiness and obsolete material cleanup.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align physical and system records.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday Duration: 12 Months Pay range:$21.00 Hourly -$21.00 Hourly Onsite

A Day in the Life:

• Shipping: Prepares, verifies, packs, documents, and processes customer shipments to ensure products are shipped accurately, safely, and according to temperature, carrier, and customer requirements.
• Receiving: Receives incoming materials, verifies shipments against documentation, performs required system transactions, and ensures materials are properly identified and routed to the appropriate storage or staging area.
• Inventory Control: Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, material status management, location verification, inventory adjustments, and support of physical inventory movement and transfer activities.
• Picking: Accurately picks and stages materials or finished goods by verifying item number, lot, quantity, expiration requirements, and order information before transferring material to the next operational step.
• Complete additional duties as assigned
• Support daily inventory accuracy through cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, QAD reconciliation, material disposition, and verification of inventory locations and lot/expiration information.
• The role will also support W2W inventory readiness, expired/blocked/obsolete material cleanup, inventory adjustments.
• Cross-functional coordination to ensure physical inventory accurately matches system records.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

REQUIRED Experience:

• Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
• Experience with powered industrial trucks Forklifts (Reach, Sit-down, Cherry Picker)
• Intermediate Computer Skills, Office Apps and other WMS/ERP Software

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excel in a team environment
• Good verbal/written communication.
• Attention to detail while maintaining a quality product
• Ability to perform repetitive work duties
• Ability to follow SOPs, ISO guidelines and complete accurate documentation according to cGMP requirements

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Cold Refrigerated, Freezer and or Cleanroom Environment
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• frequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
• Stand and move about including reaching, bending, Pushing, and Pulling
• Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing and pulling

All work is performed in a highly regulated environment Training and certification will be provided Ability to work overtime based on business needs
