Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required; some college is preferred.
• Two years of procurement experience, including one year with state/federal guidelines.
• Two years of general office/administrative support experience.
• Two years' experience with MS Office is required.
• Knowledge of accounting and purchasing procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems, barcode scanning, and asset management standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Count, record, track, and classify assets.
• Update asset management system for type, quantity, location, and value.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in asset coding.
• Identify unrecorded assets and barcode non-coded assets.
• Track and record transfers between units.
• Identify records to archive and assist with records management.
• Participate in staff development to improve skills.
• Establish relationships with supervisors and coworkers; perform other duties.
