Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer team(s) delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Hire, coach, and manage associates in line with company policies and productivity standards.
• Manage P&L and ensure site meets budgeted goals and profitability.
• Drive contractual commitments and measurable KPIs at the local site.
• Ensure timely payments from customers according to contract terms.
