Job summary

Vallen's Integrated Supply Site Manager is a staff management position at a customer site, driving program growth and managing day-to-day activities of a team of associates to ensure positive, profitable customer relationships and alignment with Vallen's financial goals.

The role requires leadership of onsite teams, staff development, and rigorous adherence to budget, P&L, and contractual commitments while delivering responsive service and maintaining strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in supply chain or distributed service environments.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of profit and loss and budget management.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to relate manufacturing applications to cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams providing Integrated Supply solutions and manages staff through interviewing, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures sales and profitability goals for local integrated supply sites are achieved by effectively managing P&L and budget adherence.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and key performance indicators at the local site.
• Demonstrates urgency in delivering quality customer service to external and internal customers.
• Ensures local customer payments are received according to contractual terms.
