Job summary

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover needs, generate new business, retain clients, grow portfolio, negotiate, close sales, meet targets.
• Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive reviews to assess risk, identify gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with members/clients, respond to inquiries promptly, support satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Engage in local events to prospect, expand referral networks, identify cross-sell opportunities.
