Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support customers and installation teams throughout the life cycle of interior and exterior product installations. The role focuses on driving timely communications, efficient job flow, and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience: initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life cycle, ensure timely follow-up, and resolve open questions.
• 25% Job Process Support: coordinate with internal/external branch partners and assist with escalations; support branch operations and movement of jobs.
• 40% Operations: manage intake of open jobs, review paperwork for accuracy, collect payment, schedule Pre-Installation inspections, enter data, place material orders, and process labor bills for 3rd party providers.
