Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, answering questions and supporting sales inquiries.
• Recommend equipment and solutions based on customer needs.
• Learn technical product knowledge, including lifting and rigging, fiberglass, rubber goods and grounding equipment.
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate with vendors to check order status and resolve service requests.
• Review emails, orders and data to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service
