RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service - Inside Sales Representative to support the growing Inside Sales team. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, managing orders, and contributing to inside sales efforts.

The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone, with prior experience in a food & beverage or related industry and the ability to step in and contribute quickly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales within a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a natural relationship-building approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry through delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Support inside sales efforts by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to account growth.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams to stage orders, manage inventory needs, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Align customer accounts based on individual strengths and expertise within the team.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support general administrative sales functions.
