Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support regional sales teams through customer account management, order processing, and daily sales coordination. You will be the primary contact for customers, providing product information, pricing, availability, and delivery guidance with care and accuracy.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, you will help resolve issues, collaborate with internal teams, and identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high accuracy.
• Experience using Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams through customer account management, order processing, and daily sales activities.
• Act as a primary customer contact for order-related inquiries, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, and delivery information to customers.
• Recommend products or alternatives based on customer needs, availability, and promotions.
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately, including pricing, quantities, and delivery details.
• Maintain customer account information and assist with credits, corrections, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Logistics to support timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with lead qualification, reporting, and regional sales initiatives.
• Use Excel and internal systems to support reporting, tracking, and account management.
• Organize and prioritize daily work to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal departments to resolve service issues.
• Support special projects and team initiatives.
