Experis Technology Group is seeking a Senior CSA Superintendent to join our construction management team in Austin, TX. You will lead civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on large-scale projects, driving schedules and coordinating with engineering and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in construction, 5+ years as a Superintendent on large industrial/commercial projects, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on large-scale projects.

• Drive project schedules via detailed planning, look-ahead scheduling, and critical path coordination.
• Oversee subcontractors, manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards; coordinate with engineering and project teams.
