Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Superintendent for large-scale interior tenant improvements in Austin, TX. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with PMs, subs, clients, and engineers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial interior TI projects, a strong command of MS Project and Office, and OSHA 30/CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial interior tenant improvement projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M-$50M range.
• OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with building management systems, security, fire alarm, mechanical, electrical, data center, and server room environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for large-scale interior TI projects.
• Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and other project partners to ensure safety, schedule and quality.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high safety standards.
• Lead and mentor field teams to optimize productivity and quality.
