Job summary

Austin Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to manage the project schedule and controls for a large client. You will develop and maintain schedules, coordinate with the project team and subcontractors, and analyze changes and impacts on timelines.

Experience in Primavera Scheduling Software and a technical degree are preferred, with 5–10 years in field project scheduling. This role may offer per diem and relocation reimbursement as part of a merit-based package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Five to ten years of field experience preferred.
• Read and interpret owner’s drawings and specifications to ensure accurate schedule development.
• Proficiency with Primavera Scheduling Software or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedule.
• Support weekly schedule update meetings with the project team.
• Produce schedules, progress curves, basis of schedule, and histograms.
• Perform resource loading and leveling.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors.
• Analyze schedule changes and deviations, recommending actions.
• Assess impact of changes on the project schedule.
• Create Look Ahead schedules and weekly updates.
