Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an In House Temporary Recruiting Manager for our Charlotte team. The ideal candidate will lead HR services related to hiring, placement, discipline and termination, and provide market data on hiring trends to support our customer needs.

You will act as a liaison between the customer and staff, drive sourcing and placement, and help grow our business through strong relationships and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, hire and place the right employees matching customer needs.
• Analyze market trends for recruiting methods, staffing trends, and wage information.
• Serve as liaison between customer and employees and document issues.
• Research new business opportunities for the company and current customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and community leaders to enhance the company image.
