RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking an experienced Program Planner to join the Program Design & Planning team onsite. You will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinate with program management, finance, contracts, and technical leads to drive schedule integrity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with 5+ years in program planning or scheduling, plus an active Secret U.S. government clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business or related field and 5+ years in program planning, scheduling, or PM
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance; U.S. citizenship required
• Experience with scheduling software: MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path/workflow
• Experience with EVMS or similar business process

Mansioni

• Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements
• Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, analyses, and reporting to meet schedules
• Prepare weekly/monthly IMS review packages and compliant external data submittals
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis and other schedule-related analyses
• Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to keep baselines realistic
