Job summary

UPS is seeking an Implementation Supervisor II to manage client implementations and complex projects across the United States and Mexico. You will serve as the primary liaison between UPS and customer project teams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, healthcare administration, project management, information technology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management or implementation experience.
• PMP certification preferred; other PM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across the United States and Mexico.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans using Smartsheet.
• Lead client project meetings and internal UPS project meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and issues to protect timelines and deliverables.
