Job summary

UPS is seeking an IT services lead to ensure successful execution of customized solutions and initiatives. You will manage cost, staffing, inventory, and security while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience 24x7.

You will apply KPIs, SLAs, and project tracking to meet financial targets and organizational metrics, providing training and collaborating with customers and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience managing a high volume number of support tickets.
• Willing to work M-F 7:00am–3:30pm with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and coordinates the delivery of IT services, support, and project deployments.
• Oversees daily management of cost, staffing, equipment inventory, and system compliance.
• Provides technical training and development to staff and customers.
• Plans, monitors, and adjusts expenses to meet financial targets.
