Job summary

ADP Comprehensive Services Upmarket is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to execute the OneADP project management methodology across multiple products and units. You will collaborate with client and ADP teams to manage scope and client experience from initiation to execution, ensuring timely milestones and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of client service, customer service, or consulting experience.
• Prior project management experience is not required; we will train you to be successful!
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Clients. You'll create exceptional Implementation experiences for each product or service.
• Implement ADP Technologies and Products. You will analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
• Partner Internally. You will interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Multi-Task - Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects at the same time.
• Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of calls, emails, etc.
