Job summary

Gutor is seeking a Customer Project Manager for our UPS production site to oversee international projects from order to commissioning. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope delivery with a focus on quality and profitability.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams in a dynamic, global environment, coordinating kickoff meetings, progress reporting, and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years in the Electrical or Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish optional.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
• Ability to review project specifications and ensure implementation and identify deviations.

Responsibilities

• Primary customer contact for project from order to commissioning and closeout.
• Lead project teams and monitor financial progress and budget.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, engineering, and documentation teams; deliver regular status reports.
• Ensure project milestones per CPP process and optimize non-conformance costs.
• Facilitate customer inspections and regular project reviews.
