Qualifications

• 10–15 years in electrical construction or electrical engineering project management
• 5+ years managing large-scale industrial, commercial, power, data center, renewable energy, or EPC projects
• Projects exceeding $20M–$100M+ in value
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical construction and engineering projects valued from several million to over $100 million
• Oversee all phases of project execution including planning, estimating support, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Monitor project performance and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, and quality standards
• Drive issue resolution and maintain project objectives
• Develop, manage, and forecast budgets, cash flow, labor productivity, and profitability
• Review and approve project costs, change orders, billing, and subcontractor payments
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior PM staff
• Establish performance expectations and accountability across teams
