Job summary

Profit Recovery Partners, LLC in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant for full onsite work. You will manage a portfolio of client engagements, drive cost savings, and coordinate with Directors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

You will lead client meetings, synthesize data insights, and guide project approaches to meet engagement objectives, delivering measurable value for Fortune 1000 clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management/coordinator experience.
• Background in management consulting preferred.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High EQ and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements aligned with account strategy.
• Lead and contribute to client meetings and guide discussions toward objectives.
• Develop and execute client deliverables, synthesizing data insights.
• Drive engagements to completion with input from Directors.
• Partner with stakeholders to align and advance priorities.
• Create and manage project management plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues promptly.
